2011 TAOS OPEN

The ever popular Taos Open has always been an exciting show. The criteria for acceptance into the Taos Open are that the artist must have lived in Taos County for 1 year and at least 75% of the time. We never know who or what will be shown, It has been found that some visitors spend most of their time at this show in the festival looking for the unexpected. Many Artists are not interested in having their work juried for a variety of reasons and this is an opportunity for them to have their work on display in the Festival. Many a Taos Artist has been discovered in this diverse show. This year’s show will have a special section in the hall for youth art, for our emerging young artists.
